Welcome to T-Reps. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the T-Reps mobile application (the “App”), provided by Deakcor (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Description of the Service

T-Reps is a workout tracking application that allows users to:

• Log and analyze workout performance
• Store workout data locally on their device
• Optionally synchronize workout data with Google Sheets
• Access optional premium features via a one-time purchase

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Google Sign-In

Certain features require authentication using Google Sign-In (OAuth).

By signing in, you authorize the App to access limited Google account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activity that occurs under your signed-in session

You may revoke access at any time via:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

We do not create or maintain user accounts on our own servers.

4. Premium Purchases and Payments

The App may offer optional premium features through a one-time in-app purchase via Google Play Billing.

By purchasing a premium feature:

• You agree to Google Play’s billing terms
• Premium features are a one-time purchase and do not require a recurring subscription
• You can manage your purchases via the Google Play Store

Refunds are handled by Google Play and are subject to their refund policies.

5. Data Synchronization and Third-Party Services

If you enable Google Sheets integration, you authorize the App to:

• Read and write workout data to your selected Google Sheet
• Access Google Drive file metadata necessary for synchronization

The App also integrates third-party services such as:

• Google Sign-In
• Google Sheets API
• Google Drive API

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, or data handling practices.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems
• Abuse, overload, or misuse Google API integrations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, code, and design elements of T-Reps are the property of Deakcor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

T-Reps provides workout tracking tools for informational purposes only.

We do not provide medical, health, or fitness advice.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data synchronization will always be available
• The App will meet your specific fitness objectives

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deakcor shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use.

11. Account and Data Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time.

To remove access and locally stored data:

1. Sign out of Google within the App
2. Revoke permissions at
   https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
3. Uninstall the App from your device

We do not retain user data on external servers.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
