Welcome to T-Reps. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the T-Reps mobile application (the “App”), provided by Deakcor (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

T-Reps is a workout tracking app that allows users to log exercises and optionally sync their data to Google Sheets. Some features require signing in with a Google account or purchasing a subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and Google Sign-In

Some features require signing in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
You may revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account settings.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

T-Reps offers optional in-app purchases and subscription plans via Google Play Billing. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Google Play’s payment terms and billing cycles.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions section.

Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy, not ours.

4. Data Sync and Privacy

By enabling Google Sheets integration, you authorize the App to write workout data to your Google account. You can disable this at any time from the app settings or revoke access through your Google Account.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to access or misuse data of other users.
• Abuse or overload the Google Sheets integration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and assets in T-Reps are owned by Deakcor and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

T-Reps is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific fitness goals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deakcor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
