Welcome to T-Reps. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

T-Reps may collect the following data to provide and improve your experience:

Workout Data

Exercise history, weight lifted, reps performed, and estimated 1-rep max (E1RM).
This data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync it with Google Sheets.

Google Authentication (Optional)

If you sign in with Google, we collect your basic profile information, including:

• Name
• Email address

This information is accessed only with your explicit permission and is used solely for authentication purposes.

Google Sheets Integration (Optional)

If you enable synchronization, T-Reps reads and writes workout data to a Google Sheet stored in your Google Drive account.

We do not store your Google Sheets data on our own servers.

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the app.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Track and analyze workout progress
• Provide workout insights and performance metrics
• Synchronize data with your Google Sheets (if enabled)
• Improve app functionality and stability

We only access Google account data for features you explicitly enable.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Workout data is stored locally on your device.
• If Google Sheets sync is enabled, data is securely transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections via Google APIs.
• We do not operate our own backend servers for storing user workout data.
• We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

T-Reps integrates the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In (Authentication)
• Google Sheets API (Data Synchronization)
• Google Drive API (File Access)

5. Your Rights & Choices

You may:

• Delete your workout data at any time within the app
• Revoke Google account access at:
  https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Uninstall the app to stop all local data collection

6. Account and Data Deletion

T-Reps uses optional Google Sign-In for authentication. We do not create or maintain user accounts on our own servers.

How to Delete Your Account and Associated Data

To delete your account and associated data:

1. Open T-Reps and sign out of your Google account
2. Delete your workout data within the app (if desired)
3. Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data from your device
4. Revoke Google access by visiting:
   https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
   and removing T-Reps from your connected apps

What Data Is Deleted

When you follow the steps above, the following data is removed:

• Locally stored workout data
• Stored email address on your device
• Google OAuth authorization tokens after sign-out or revocation

What Data Is Not Deleted by Us

• Your Google account
• Google Sheets files stored in your Google Drive (these must be manually deleted from your Google Drive if desired)

Data Retention

T-Reps does not store user data on external servers. Once deleted from your device or access is revoked, we retain no copies of your personal data.

7. Legal Basis for Processing (Where Applicable)

We process personal data based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by disabling features, revoking permissions, or uninstalling the app.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
